Group Training...
Weather is changing. Training outside and in groups is a great way to stay motivated. For first-timers, its a way to get questions answered and eliminate some of those jitters. The TFL team is available during the week and usually trains together on the weekends. All levels welcome, the more the better. Check the Events page for the calendar or send us an email and we will coordinate training with you.
